Zoran: The absence of Caio and Berg is not the only reason for losing the chance to qualify to quarterfinals
Croatia’s Zoran Mamic, Al Ain Head Coach, stressed that the absence of Ciao Lucas and Marcus Berg was not the only reason for losing today’s match. He stated that the opponent team performed well and deserved to win and qualify to quarterfinals of the AFC Champions League.
Commenting on his statement that Al Ain will be able to compensate and win the match, he said: “I talked about the hope to achieve a strong result because hope is always there and we had the chance to do something, but in football hopes are not enough.”
