The 2025 Asian Youth Games, held in the Kingdom of Bahrain, witnessed remarkable performances from the UAE’s athletes, as Al Ain Club’s rising stars succeeded in raising the nation’s flag high by securing two valuable medals in martial arts competitions.

Obaid Al Ketbi delivered an outstanding performance, showcasing exceptional skill and determination that led him to claim the gold medal in the 55 kg category, adding one of the tournament’s most significant achievements for the UAE and affirming his strong readiness for this continental event.

In another Emirati highlight, Salem Al Qubaisi continued his impressive run in the 62 kg category, securing the silver medal after a series of tough bouts that demonstrated his high capabilities and unwavering drive to compete among the top contenders—adding yet another accomplishment for UAE sports and Al Ain Club.
