UAE jiu-jitsu continued its global success with an impressive performance by the UAE national team and Al Ain Club athletes at the U-18 Jiu-Jitsu World Championship in Thailand, where three rising talents reached the podium after delivering outstanding performances that strengthened the UAE’s presence on the international stage.

Obaid Al Ketbi captured the gold medal after a commanding performance that showcased his high readiness and ability to control the pace of his matches.

Meanwhile, Ahmed Al Shamsi earned the silver medal following a strong and competitive showing that lasted until the final moments, reflecting the remarkable progress of the UAE’s young athletes.
