Inaugurated in 1971, Khalifa bin Zayed Stadium (KBZS) is one of the key premises for Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club. KBZS is the main headquarters that hosts all training sessions of the first team of Al Ain Football Club and Sports Games.  Since its inauguration, it has hosted a number of regional and international tournaments.

In 2002, the Stadium has undergone series of renovations, resulting in an all new state-of-the-art architectural design becoming a landmark of modern sports development in the UAE. The new stadium, which was furnished with new seats to accommodate 12,000 spectators, comprises a main lounge, ballrooms, office space, changing rooms, clinic and physical therapy unit.

Inaugurated in 2014. The Stadium is an iconic state-of-the-art, technologically advanced athletic venue, constructed in accordance with the requirements of the International Federation of Association Football Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) to enhance the UAE’s vision in football as the home ground of “The Boss.”

Built on a total area of 91,341 square meters, the Stadium has a seating capacity of 9,000 spectators distributed over four levels, the first of which boasts with suites and VIP cabins.

The stadium has a gym, a 4,300 square meter indoor training facility, players’ changing rooms and offices, in addition to a 2,550 square meter Jiu-Jitsu studio and exclusive swimming pools for ladies and men.

The branch contains a number of playgrounds and indoor sports studios that are specially-equipped for public use and private educational institutions for sports, social and cultural events. In addition, the branch has a ladies’ swimming pool and a cafeteria, extending its total area to 25,066 square meters.
