H.H. Sheikh Hazza Bin Zayed: Louvre Abu Dhabi is a New Pearl in The UAE’s Fabulous Necklace of Civilization

H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council said on Wednesday 8th November that the inauguration of Louvre Abu Dhabi is “a historic event that consolidates the soft power of UAE and supports the cultural heritage and opens up to the contemporary spheres in its finest style.”

“We congratulate ourselves, the region and the world on the opening of the Louvre Abu Dhabi,” H.H. Sheikh Hazza tweeted on his official Twitter account.

“The Louvre Abu Dhabi is a new pearl in the UAE’s fabulous necklace of civilization,” said Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan. “Our message is that through beauty we conquest extremism and promote tolerance and that by culture and arts we downfall terrorism,” added he.

He pointed out that Abu Dhabi is always fighting darkness by light, ignorance by knowledge, evil by good and isolation by openness. He considers “The Louvre Abu Dhabi is a landmark in the path of beauty and promoting the values of tolerance and dialogue.”

Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council described the Louvre Abu Dhabi which hosts the finest global works of art: “It is itself, an architectural masterpiece and an open space for wider horizons of knowledge and broader human convergence.”

H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed stated: “Together with H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashed: Thank you, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, because you created this live masterpiece and opened new horizons for civilizations dialogue.”
