Al Ain Club occupies the runner-up position at the fifth round of competitions of Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Jiu-Jitsu Championship

Al Ain Jiu-Jitsu team occupied the runner-up position at the fifth round of competitions of Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Jiu-Jitsu Championship (without the official kit) in its second version. This competition was hosted by Dubai’s Al Nassr Club, amongst vast participation of the most prominent Jiu-Jistu players on the country’s level.

The players of Al Ain Club delivered powerful technical performances, characterized with fast intuition and precision in delivering the techniques, which reflected on their success to claim points through the championship’s adopted classification system, that cements the principle of equal opportunities and boosts the spirit of competition amongst the players.

“Sayfuna Ainawi” concludes its events at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium amongst a noteworthy interaction from the youngsters and their parents

Today, “Sayfuna Ainawi” summer camp, which has been organized under the auspices of Al Ain Club fans affairs office spanning from the 14th to the 31st of the current month of July at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, concluded its events amongst vibrant and interactive atmospheres, as will as the extensive participation by children from age category between 6 to 15 years old of both boys and girls, amongst a motivating and secure environment which contributes to developing skills and to promote values.

This summer camp, which comes in the framework of the Club’s social initiative, achieved big success by integrating both education and entertainment, as well as offering an integrated program which included workshops in artificial intelligence (AI), mental arithmetic, in addition to some creative activities in art and drawing, mental championships, and interactive reading that aimed to promote the participants’ imagination and critical thinking.

The program also included awareness and guidance lectures that addressed some social and security topics, focusing on instilling the positive attitudes and developing the social awareness, in addition to the diversified sporting activities that included several action games, which aim to promote the participants’ physical fitness and the spirit of one team.

​Mr Tareq Al Shareef, who is the basketball supervisor at Al Ain Club, emphasized over the importance of promulgating the culture of awareness and safety amongst children, he also pointed out to the community role over which Al Ain Club is responsible in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, so he said the following statement:

“This lecture comes in the framework of Al Ain Club’s keenness to bolster the community awareness, especially amongst the category of youngsters, over the importance of safety and danger prevention, in cooperation with our partners at Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority. This lecture was rich in information and witnessed an impressive interaction from those who participated. Through such events, we are working to instill the culture of safety into our children from a young age, in such a way that contribute into building an aware and fortified society against dangers.

In cooperation with Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority, Al Ain Club has organized an awareness lecture which holds the title of “Fire Hazard Prevention”. This lecture took place at the hall of Al Qattara’s Tahnon Bin Mohammed stadium. This event took place amongst the events of Al Qattara Summer Community Festival.

Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club today announced the signing of the largest social development investment in its history — a landmark, 30-year partnership with SPOX Investments, a firm specializing in sustainable community development.

The agreement will see the comprehensive redevelopment of Al Ain Club’s Al Amerah branch, transforming it into a resident-oriented, integrated lifestyle and service destination that caters to all segments of the community. This initiative underscores Al Ain Club’s commitment to deepening its societal role and driving sustainable urban growth.

Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium to become a hub for world’s champions, as eyes are on the city of Al Ain

Under the generous initiative of Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa bin Shakhbot Al Nahyan, who is the president of the Asian Chess Federation, it has been decided that the Asian Wild Card qualifying for the “Grand Swiss 2025” to be granted to one of the world’s youth champions. This move will come through an exclusive initiative that has been called “Wild Card Match”, which will be hosted by Al Ain Club for chess and metal sports, in coordination with the United Arab Emirates Chess Federation and under the auspices of the Asian and International Chess Federations.

The match’s press conference was attended by Hashem Al Taher, who is the secretary general of the Asian Chess Federation, Sultan Al Thahiri, who is the president of Al Ain Youth Council ACMG, and Castou Aubondu, who is the representative of the Asian Federation, where the big match’s details, which will take place at Al Ain’s Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, has been announced.

Two of the most prominent world champions for the youth will be participating through the Wild Card Match initiative, who are: The 2024 world champion grand master Nogyrbek Kazybek of Kazakhstan, and the 2025 world champion grand master Pranav V of India. They will face off in a classical two-round match to be held on the 22nd and the 23rd of the current month of July, with the implementation of tie-breaking systems if the match ends up with a draw.

The summer camp kicks off at Al Ain football club with distinguished educational activities and entertainment events

Today, the activities of “Sayfuna Ainawi” summer camp kicked off, which is scheduled to take place until the 31st of the current month of July 2025. This summer camp will be taking place under the auspices of fans affairs office at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium. The event kicked off amongst vibrant atmospheres and extensive participation from children aged 6 to 15 years old (both boys and girls).

The first day witnessed a note worthy interaction from the participants and their parents, this interaction came through an extensive program that combines both education and entertainment, it also includes the fields of arts, daily life skills, Emirati etiquette, sports activities, as well as reading.

The activities included workshops over artificial intelligence (AI), which attracted great turnout and qualitative interaction from children. The presenter offered some simplified information over the origins of artificial intelligence (AI), as well as its daily life applications. The workshop concluded with a Q&A detail and the interactive discussions.

Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club organizes the community badminton championship in celebration of the world’s badminton day

The city of Al Ain – On today’s morning, Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club organized the events of the community “badminton” championship within the indoor gym of Al Qatara’s Tahnoun bin Mohammed stadium. This championship comes in conjunction with the world’s badminton day, which comes on July the 5th of each year.

The championship was organized in cooperation with the United Arab Emirates Badminton Federation, Abu Dhabi Council, as well as the badminton world confederation. Al Ain Jiu Jitsu team settles for the third place after the conclusion of the competition race of Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Jiu Jitsu championship

Al Ain Jiu Jitsu team occupied the third place on the general standings table for the champion clubs with a score of 9480 points. This result came after the conclusion of the fourth round of competitions of Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Jiu Jitsu championship, which was taking place in Mubadala Arena, Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates. This championship took place from the 27th to the 29th of the current month of June 2025. Al Ain Jiu Jitsu champions claimed 56 colored medals, divided according the following order: 28 Golden medals, 19 Silver medals, 9 Bronze medals.
