Under Hazza’s Bin Zayed Directives.. Abu Dhabi Media Allocates a Flight for Media Professionals to Support “The Whites” in Final of Arabian Gulf Cup 23

Under directives of H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, Abu Dhabi Media will dedicate a special air flight to Kuwait for media professionals, literati and artists to attend the final of the 23rd Arabian Gulf Cup versus Oman National Team.

Dr. Ali bin Tamim, Director General of Abu Dhabi Media, has expressed sincere thanks to H.H. Sheikh Hazza for all the support he is lending to the UAE football teams in the manner that contributes to promote its position in the region and the world as well.

“H.H. Sheikh Hazza’s instructions to dedicate a special flight to support our national team mirrors a noble message that inculcates the role delivered by football in strengthening loyalty to the homeland. Supporting players in all fields, providing all available resources and create the conditions to achieve successes that contribute to keep our national flag flying high on all sports arenas worldwide, besides bringing happiness and pleasure to the hearts of all Emiratis,” said Dr. Tamim.

He added: “Achievements of UAE National Team in the Gulf Cup in Kuwait and qualifying for the final match has made us all happy for the Arabian Gulf Cup has a special place in the hearts of the people of the region since its inception and until today. It contributes to the increase of understanding and cohesion among the people of the Arabian Gulf. We wholeheartedly support our national team and trust their ability to come back carrying the 3rd Gulf cup in our history.”

“We are confident in UAE National Team’s ability to accomplish this mission successfully and return home with the cup. The players and technical and administrative staff have all proved since the beginning until the final match that they are accountable. Their performance has been characterized being professional, serious and enthusiastic and with God willing will continue to take their position on the podium,” said he. He also pointed out: “There are more than one initiative to support the “Whites” in Kuwait and the allocation of a special flight to transport the fans are all wonderful national illustrations. Definitely, the presence of the State flag in the stands and cheering on behalf of the UAE would instill confidence, enthusiasm and the high sports spirit in our players who are engaged in this national mission which will be reflected on their performance and motivate them to win the dear title.”

He signed off by congratulating the Stat of Kuwait for the successful organization of the 23rd Gulf Cup in a perfect manner.
