Al Ain Football Club has announced this morning the renewal of the contract of a mid-field player, Yahiya Nader, “23 years”, until June 2026. This means the player will continue to defend the “Boss” badge alongside his fellow players for the coming four seasons.
In his first statement after the official announcement of his contract renewal with the Boss, Yahiya Nader expressed his great happiness, satisfaction, pride, and honor in continuing his career to defend the crest of one of the best and biggest clubs locally, regionally, and the Asian continent.
He pointed out: “The most important thing that distinguishes this sports entity is that it has its crystal-clear strategy, i.e., working in the spirit of loyalty, belonging and one family at all levels, including the management, coaching and administrative staffs, players, fans and every member of Al Ain Club. Such spirit has been reinforcing the strength of our Club every season. Therefore, I pray for Allah Al Mighty to grant us success, achieve our goals, and be up to the expectations.”

Nader added: “Certainly, the renewal of the contract gives me the important motivation to boost our efforts and contribute to achieving the goals of our great club and making its loyal fans happy.”
He pointed out: “I want to avail myself this opportunity to thank Al Ain Football Club Company for renewing their confidence in my skills. Not to forget also to thank all the consecutive managements of the Club I worked with since I joined the Al Ain Football School, Al Ain Football Academy, and Al Ain Reserved Team. They all supported me in all stages until reaching what I am now. I am well aware that in each stage of my career, I must further improve my capacities and boost my efforts to achieve my aspirations and fulfill the ambitions of the Ainawi administration and all lovers of this lofty entity.”
Al Ain’s middle-field player said: “I must thank the coaching teams led by the Ukrainian, Sergiy Rebrov, for his trust, guidance, and continuous support to all my fellow players last season and me. I also want to thank the administrative and medical staff overseeing me from the early stages of the U-7 Team until I joined the first football team.”
Media Reports
Commenting on a question on the validity of media reports that associated him with offers from local clubs he received recently, he said: “With all due respect to all clubs and their fans, I must say that any player whose fate is to play for Al Ain team and defend its badge cannot think of moving to any other club. Joining Al Ain Team is the dream of every football player. It is a big club considering its leadership, name, history, management, and fans. This was proved when I first joined the first football team, I played with the squad in the FIFA World Clubs Cup- UAE 2018. Other players played for one or two seasons and were crowned with two titles last season. This could not be found in any other club. This is why I cannot think about moving to any club.”
Nader concluded his statement by addressing his sincerest appreciation and greetings to the Ainawi Nation for their continuous support and strong backing for the team in all stadiums and on social media platforms.
“We promise them to boost efforts and exhibit the fighting spirit in defending the badge to achieve the great ambitions of our big club and make all lovers of this lofty entity happy,” he said.
Biography
Yahiya Nader was passionate about football since early childhood, and his heart is attached to the round ball in conjunction with learning his first steps “in childhood days”.
His story began with playing with the ball at the age of three with his father, “the medical doctor,” and his brothers at home. After that, he could not sleep without the ball in his arms.
When Nader Yahiya was seven, he joined the football school in Al Ain Club in early 2006 after passing medical fitness tests and technical skills. He was promoted through age group teams and shined as one of the most prominent players who reap incentive awards for commitment, behavior, development, and spirit of giving.
He joined the first football team when he was selected by the Croatian coach Zoran Mamić to start his professional career with the Boss of the UAE clubs.
His name was recorded in the golden honor list in his first season with Al Ain Squad. It is the list of players who represented the UAE through the Al Ain Club portal in FIFA Club World Cup – UAE 2018 when the “Boss” accomplished a historic achievement by playing the final match when the squad faced Spain’s Real Madrid.
The Boss has been the only Club at the local and Gulf levels to achieve such an accomplishment, in addition to the record numbers still registered in the name of the Al Ain Team in that big championship.
