Sultan bin Hamdan Chairs First Meeting of the Committee
Chairman of Executive Committee Meets BoD of Al Ain Club Football Company, Coaching Teams, Admin Staff, and Stars of the Boss Squad
H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice Chairman of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, First Vice-President of the Club, First Vice-President of the Al Ainawi Honorary Council, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club, issued a decision to form the Talent Care Committee, chaired by Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice-Chairman of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Al Ain Club.
H.H. Sheik Hazza directed to establish an integrated project to provide state-of-the-art sports equipment and medical tools to care for the talented. The project will include providing residential units, indoor playgrounds for morning training sessions, gymnasiums to boost the players’ physical strength, improve physical fitness rates, and a sports medical center.
On the other hand, the Talent Care Committee, chaired by Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice-Chairman of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club and Chairman of the Club’s Executive Committee, held its first meeting this evening in the meeting room of Al Ain Football Academy.
The Chairman and members of the Committee valued the high care and generous support offered by H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice Chairman of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, First Vice-President of the Club, First Vice-President of the Al Ainawi Honorary Council, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club, to the sports sector in UAE, particularly Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club and its subsidiaries. The meeting tackled the most important dossiers on the football talent development project in the club.
Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan put an accent on the importance of adopting superior scientific methods in providing care services and training the talented in football so that the Club can ensure they are in form and be professional footballers and be able to achieve the desired addition to the national teams of various age groups, in light of the exceptional care and generous support granted by H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The Chairman of the Talent Care Committee directed to update the work mechanism and expand the efforts exerted to discover more football talents and attract the best players with sights set to achieve the Club’s desired goals.
Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed also underlined the importance of the system for monitoring performance indicators and controlling the diet of players of the age groups and linking the health files of all players to the Club’s modern electronic system. Such a mechanism allows medical doctors supervising various teams to review these files and assess the talented players’ performance, analyze their health conditions and recommend the necessary solutions to reduce the recurrence of chronic injuries by adopting the best scientific practices to overcome sports injuries.
Following the meeting, Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice-Chairman of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club, Chairman of the Executive Committee met Dr. Matar Al Darmaki, Chairman of Al Ain Football Club Company, along with the board members, coaching teams, the administrative staff, and the Boss squad players at during the training session held at Khalifa bin Zayed Stadium this evening.
The Chairman of the Executive Committee conveyed to everyone the greetings of H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice Chairman of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, First Vice-President of the Club, First Vice-President of the Al Ainawi Honorary Council, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club.
Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan hailed the team’s performance last season and the efforts exerted by everyone during the pre-season away training camp. He pointed out: “Al Ain Club’s goals in each season are crystal-clear. This requires everyone to boost up their efforts and exhibit a genuine desire to go on with the same spirit that was the title of the team’s performance in the recent season.”
Sheikh Sultan added: “Al Ain fans have been one of the most important grounds for the Boss’ victories through their fervent support of players in all stadiums. This has always been playing a great role in pushing themselves to the limit and winning titles throughout the history of this lofty club. The Ainawi Nation is always awaiting the Boss squad to add more titles and championships.
Sheikh Sultan signed off by confirming his trust in the team’s players and confidence that they will be able to fulfill the aspirations of the Al Ain fans.
