MOHANNAD AL ENZI … THE AFC CHAMPIONS LEAGUE TITLE
The “international” player, Mohannad Al Enzi, our National Team and Al Ain Team Defender, congratulated everyone on the occasion of the “Boss” qualification to the 16th Round of the Champions League. He praised the heroic performance of his teammates and the fighting spirit they showed during the match against Zob Ahan. Indeed, they were able to fulfill their promise they made to win the match and return back to our beloved country with a significant victory from Isfahan.
He stated, “Al-Ain showed their strong personality in front of his Iranian opponent, as Al Ain’s fans expect, to overcome the conditions they faced before and during the match. Also, the result of the Uzbek Bunyodkor and Saudi Arabia’s Al Ahli match was in the advantage of Al Ain to be announced officially to qualify to the 16th Round from Iran.”
He pointed out, “Our goal is not only to pass the groups stage of the AFC Champions League, but also we were so keen to have an honorable appearance on behalf of our country in the strongest continental championships. We will redouble our efforts and enhance our top spot in the table in our third group and reach the finals of this continental competition and win its title with God willing.”
