Al Ain’s “international” defender, Ismail Ahmed, confirmed that his team is on the verge of playing a decisive and crucial match at the end of the local season. He stated: “We hope to keep up our top performance and achieve the best positive results. Al Ain is at its best level of readiness and our sights already set to clinch the second title this season with all due respect to Al Wasl’s aspirations.”

He added: “We are striving hard to realize all our pre-set goals in this season. I believe that we are fortunate that final match will be between two big teams who enjoy massive fans base.” He pointed out: “We have already closed the chapter of the Arabian Gulf League, and we are now focusing on how to make our fans happy by clinching the dearest titles, particularly we are experiencing joyful moments in the “Year of Zayed”.”

“Being accountable in the coming match against Al Wasl and determined to win the precious title is the players’ weapon to fulfil this ambition,” said he. He underscored: “We are absolutely geared up and seek to maintain our high level of performance which has led us to achieve strong and positive results this season.”

Ismael Ahmad stated: “We are highly motivated to win our second title this season and highly confident of our ability to make it happen and keep our fans happy specially we are celebrating Al Ain’s Golden Jubilee and the “Year of Zayed” as well.” He concluded his statement by addressing a message to all partners of success: “I would like to take this opportunity to express my deep thanks and appreciation to the management of the club for the excellent preparation of the team as well as the medical staff and the assistant technical staff under the leadership of the coach Zoran, who managed to psych all the team’s players up remarkably and to put in place the style that absolutely tie in with the team’s capacities to achieved the desired goals.”
