The “Boss” Retains Lead Position by Netting Six Goals Against Hatta

Al Ain FC sustained their lead of the Arabian Gulf League by a thrilling victory over the visitors Hatta by 6-2 in matchweek 13 of AGL held at Hazza bin Zayed Stadium.

After a “marathon” first half, it was evident that both teams are suffering from explicit mistakes in their backline in many occasions.

Al Ain’s six goals were scored by: Marcus Berg, 43and 60, Ryan Yaslam at 22, Ahmed Khalil at 35, Hussein El Shahat at 65 and Ahmed Burman at 71, while Hatta scored their double goals by: Ahmed Khamis at 31 and Samuel Rosa at 37.

By this stunning result, Al Ain moves to 31 points occupying the first place, while Hatta’s points are frozen at 9 points and holding the penultimate place.

The “Boss’” Overt Desire

As of the kickoff whistle, Al-Ain disclosed their pronounced desire to take the lead by scoring early goal and indeed Rayan was so close to do it through a powerful header when he received a stunning cross from the right side sent by Hussein El Shahat but it went over the cross bar by few centimeters “7”.

Absolute Control
