Al Ain Appoints Jamal Al-Maamari as Head Coach of the Volleyball Team

Al Ain Club has announced the appointment of Omani coach Jamal Al-Maamari as Head Coach of the Men’s Volleyball Team until the end of the current season, as part of the club’s plan to strengthen the technical staff and support the team’s campaign in the upcoming competitions.

This appointment comes within the club’s ongoing efforts to enhance technical performance and elevate the team’s competitive readiness by bringing in experienced coaching expertise capable of delivering the required technical impact during this stage of the season.

The team previously concluded the league competition in fourth place, and through this appointment, the club aims to improve overall performance, strengthen its competitive presence, and compete strongly for the remaining titles during the current season.

The club’s management affirmed that this step aligns with its vision to support the team and provide the appropriate environment to achieve positive results that reflect the ambitions of the club and its supporters.

For his part, Al-Maamari expressed his pride in joining Al Ain Club, emphasizing his full commitment to working closely with the technical and administrative staff and players in a unified team spirit to achieve the set objectives before the end of the season.

The Head Coach will assume his duties effective immediately, overseeing the team’s technical and physical preparations ahead of the upcoming competitions, most notably the Super Cup and the UAE Cup.
