Organized by the Saned “Support” Program in Cooperation with the Fans Office.. 65 Volunteers from the Ainawi Work Team Passes the Responsiveness to Crises and Emergencies Training Course

Based on the strategy of Al Ain Club Investment Company that aims to qualify the members of the Ainawi Team who have succeeded in consolidating the concept of “professional” volunteer work in all fields, “65” members of the team passed the training course organized by Saned “Support” Program in cooperation with the Al Ain Fans Office.

Under the theme of “How to Respond to Crises and Emergencies”, the training course was held on 6-9 March at Zayed Central Library.

The training course aimed to train the volunteers on readiness cases to overcome all cases of emergency and to disseminate the culture of enhancing safety. The instructors explained the modern methods of search and rescue and evacuation in response to natural crises and disasters by implementing the basic safety theory and practical principles.

The attendees extracted effectively and significantly with the subjects of the training course. Furthermore, they exhibited a genuine desire to achieve the desired gains out of the course, be ready to overcome all emergencies, and contribute to protecting society when facing such undesired situations.

Marking the Women’s International Day.. Female Pioneers and Innovators in All Fields Get Together in HBZS

In an amazing event held in the vicinity of Hazza bin Zayed Stadium, Al Ain Club marked the Woman’s International Day on Wednesday 8th March 2023. The event was attended by female pioneers in various fields in Al Ain City in addition to young women working on future shaping projects.

The event program included an orientation tour of the best sports facility in the world, Hazza bin Zayed Stadium. The organizers of the event also held seminars and introductory lectures on the important role of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club and its companies in serving the city’s society and themes of the plans and initiatives of Al Ain Investment Club Company.

Al Ain Fans Affairs Office also reviewed the latest methods implemented to attract the females to attend matches and be in the stands. The office staff shed the light on the importance of the role of women in developing sports talents.

Al Ain Investment Club Company was keen to honor all the ladies participated in the event with certificates of appreciation and gifts, emphasizing the role they have been playing in various fields as an honorable model for women in the city’s society.

Al Ain Club Spreads Joy in the Hearts of Male and Female Students, People of Determination, Parents, and Teachers
15 Private Schools Interact with the Marathon Kicked off in the Vicinity of Hazaa Bin Zayed Stadium

275 male and female students from 15 private schools participated in the Boss “Ajyal” Marathon held yesterday evening in the outdoor stadiums around Hazaa Bin Zayed Stadium in cooperation with Al Madar International Private School.

The Marathon was held as an extension of the Leader’s Generations “Ajyal” initiative in support of students that comes as part of the Al Ain Club’s keenness to provide the best social services and to enhance the generations’ affiliation with the Al Ain City club.

The marathon achieved remarkable success and witnessed the participation of parents, teachers, male and female students, people of determination, and senior citizens.

The Organizing Committee adopted five stages for this marathon. The first stage was assigned to female students who were divided into two groups and competed for a distance of one and a half kilometers. The second stage was for students to be divided into two groups in the competition for one and a half kilometers. The third stage was allocated to parents and teachers and consisted of one and a half kilometers. Finally, the Organizing Committee adopted the 100-meter race for people of determination, and the same distance was allocated to parents and teachers of senior citizens so that the entire marathon groups were nine.

The marathon activity included entertaining and educational programs for children and open restaurants for the participants, foremost of which were the Fans Zone games, civil defense shows, police dogs, raffles on gifts from the official store, and several club partners, in addition, to travel tickets sponsored by Air Arabia.

The marathon prizes, including cups and gold, silver and bronze medals, were won by 18 winners from various private schools, people of determination, senior citizens, parents, teachers, and teachers.

Held during 21-25 February 2023 at Hazza bin Zayed Stadium, the Innovation Exhibition witnessed a remarkable presence and active participation from eleven government and private institutions.

The exhibition’s agenda included holding workshops, awareness and educational lectures, and medical checkups.

Hamad Nukhairat Al Ameri, Managing Director of Al Ain Sports Club and its subsidiaries, inaugurated the exhibition with a welcome speech. He emphasized the Club’s keenness to furnish all grounds to ensure the exhibition’s success and to enhance cooperation with various public and private to serve the society of Al Ain City better.

The exhibition participants included: the UAE University, Al Ain University, Higher Colleges of Technology, Strata Company, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Burjeel Hospital, National Center for Space Science and Technology, Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company, Civil Defense Authority, Blood Bank and Al Ain Distribution Company.

Ainawi Volleyball Team Concludes Preparations for the 2nd Al Ain International Volleyball Tournament.. Mohammed Al Dhaheri: We Seek to Gain Positive Results Out of this Tournament

Al Ain Volleyball Men’s Team has concluded their training sessions this evening in preparation for the Oman Volleyball Club scheduled to be held on Saturday, 19th February 2023, as part of the 2nd Al Ain International Volleyball Tournament.

The tournament will be held at the indoor volleyball court at Khalifa bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain Club during 18- 21 February 2023 with the participation of the Egyptian Shabab Team and the UAE Al Jazira Team.

As for Al Ain’s preparations for the tournament, Team Captain Mohammed Suleiman Al Dhaheri confirmed that all the squad’s players are in the form to compete in the competition and perform honorably in the tournament. He stressed that they plan to benefit from this participation and be ready for the upcoming local matches, including the Super Cup and the President’s Cup.

Al Dhaheri said: “All is set for the tournament through daily training, led by the Slovakian head coach Rostislav, who focused on the technical and physical aspects and preparing the players to be in form. As a result, we are experiencing good conditions and ready to play against the Egyptian Shabab Team, Oman Team, and Al Jazira Team.”

He added: “Indeed, everyone enjoys high technical and physical levels, and we are currently focusing on performing honorably in the competition that meets everyone’s aspirations. We aspire to achieve positive results and gains in preparation for the coming local competitions, Super Cup, and the President’s Cup.”

The 2nd Edition of Al Ain International Volleyball.. Championship 2023 Will Kick-off on February 18th

Al Ain Sports Club Company has officially announced holding the second edition of the Al Ain International Volleyball Championship for men during 18- 21 February 2023. The matches will
be held at the indoor hall of Khalifa bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club. The participating clubs in this championship include Egypt’s Shabab Team, Oman Club of Oman, UAE’s Al Jazira, and the host of the tournament, Al Ain Club.

The announcement was made during the press conference dedicated to revealing the details of the competition, in the presence of Mr. Abdulaziz Al Junaibi, Vice President of Al Ain Sports Club Company and Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the 2nd Al Ain International Volleyball Championship.

Al Junaibi welcomed the attendees of their second homeland in the United Arab Emirates, wishing them a pleasant stay, active participation, and achieving the desired goals and results.

Al Junaibi also thanked the Abu Dhabi Sports Council for supporting group games by holding tournaments in the interest of the Abu Dhabi clubs. He also thanked the management of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club and Al Ain Sports Club Company for harnessing all capabilities for the success of the championship. He also tanked the UAE Volleyball Association for its technical and support for the championship.

Regarding the championship, Al Junaibi confirmed: “We are looking forward to gaining the desired advantages out of this competition and preparing well for the local championships of this season.”

He commended the participating clubs by saying: “The Egyptian Shabab Team is one of the strongest teams in the African continent and won the title of the African Youth Championship held in Tunisia in August 2022. Furthermore, they are preparing through the Al Ain Championship to participate in the World Youth Championship scheduled in Bahrain next July 2023. As for Oman Club achieved many local championships in the Sultanate of Oman, finishing runner-up in the First Division for the current season and winning the Ministry Shield League. As for Al Jazira, they are the winners of the Vice-President’s Cup this season.”

Al Junaibi wished the participants in the Al Ain International Volleyball Championship a good stay and to benefit from this sports gathering and achieve the desired goals.

Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club organized for its staff and subsidiaries on Monday, February 13th, the regular periodic cultural program held monthly under the title “Cultural Morning Session”. The session was hosted at Al Qattara Oasis in Al Ain under the sponsorship of Floward, Taif Al Emarat, and Ivy Fitness and Beauty Center.

The employees of Al Ain Club and its subsidiaries attended in significant numbers in the early hours of the morning session to promote their cultural knowledge of the Garden City and change their work style by being present in one of the tourist sites in Al Ain. The activity was coordinated between the Al Ain Club’s Corporate Communication Department with its counterpart in the Abu Dhabi The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi.

The “Morning Session” program was varied and distinguished, as all employees were greeted upon arrival at Al Qattara Oasis with elegant bouquets of beautiful roses offered by the Club’s partner, “Floward”.

The program began with educational lectures delivered by the representatives of The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi on the history of Al Qattara Oasis, followed by a field tour. The location is surrounded by vast areas of palm trees and fruits, an ancient cemetery dating back 4,000 years, ancient mosques and fortified houses, and the old commercial market.

The “Morning Session” program concluded with a cultural competition immediately after the field tour. It consisted of several questions about the place that hosts the “Cultural Morning Session. The attendees participated actively in this activity, considering the event’s sponsors prepared valuable prizes for the participants who had terrific moments and achieved significant gains.

Chairman Directs to Improve Services Delivered to the Fans and Promote the Club’s Community Initiatives

Chairman Emphasized the Importance of Achieving the Goals and Discussed the Administrative and Financial Performance of the Club and its Affiliates

Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice-Chairman of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club, Chairman of the Executive Club, and Chairman of the Talents Care Committee chaired the first meeting of the Executive Committee in 2023. The meeting was held at the Chairman Lounge in Hazza bin Zayed Stadium.

During the meeting, the Chairman of the Executive Committee hailed distinguished patronage, generous support, and the great interest the Club receives from His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice-President of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, First Vice-President of the Club, First Vice-President of the Honorary Council and Chairman of the Ain Cultural Sports Club. At the same time, Sheikh Sultan stressed the management’s commitment to the Club’s vision and the strategic plans set out by His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The meeting attendees reviewed the reports on the Club’s strategic plans, its affiliates, and the working mechanism in force this season. They also reviewed the administrative and financial performance reports and the new projects, including the Al Ain Talent Club Hotel Project and the new Gym Hall equipped with world-class capabilities for enhancing physical fitness and rehabilitation programs. The attendees were also briefed about the Academy’s Changing Room Compound project established recently for the junior teams, in addition to the new medical center blueprint equipped with the best medical equipment to provide exceptional services to players and the community.

The Chairman directed to improve the services provided to the Club’s fans and promote community initiatives through effective communication with all entities and institutions to serve the community better.

Moreover, Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan stressed out the importance of working to keep pace with the signs of development in all sectors and departments of the Club to achieve the highest indicators of satisfaction of the Club’s customers and affiliates covering all administrative, technical, marketing, information, social and cultural aspects by embracing initiatives channeled to support fans, club partners and all customers.

Mohammed bin Thaloub Congrats Zlatko Dalić, Al Ain Team’s Former Head Coach

Following qualifying for the semifinal match of the World Cup- 2022, H.E. Mohammed bin Thaloub Al Deri, Chairman of Al Ain Club Investment Company, congratulated, over the phone, the head coach of Croatia National Football Team and former Al Ain Team.
Noteworthy, the Croatian Team won Brazil Football National Team from the penalty point in the match held in Doha at Lusail Stadium following a breathtaking clash match. With this result and as a reward for hard work and a well-done job, the Croatian team deserved to qualify for the semifinal stage.
The match was proof that Croatia’s head coach is talented and competent. He stated in the pre-match press conference that playing in the quarterfinal stage is a significant achievement while stressing that his national team’s match against Brazil, the first candidate to win the title, is the most crucial in the World Cup.
“We are a good team, too. We must play well, and we believe in our capabilities. We will seek to win one of the candidate teams to win the World Cup title,” Zlatko said.
Al Deri, in his comment on the Croatian’s team performance, said: “The obscure Croatian Team under the command of Zlatko achieved a unique accomplishment that the world has witnessed, by arriving at the golden square efficiently and relentless hard work following Brazil took the lead following double scoring goals until Croatians equalized taking the match to the extra-time- tie sending the match to penalties.”
“Croatia’s goalkeeper Dominik Livaković was the hero yet again in the shootout to confirm Zlatko’s accurate planning for the favorite team, Brazil, to win the title of World Cup 2022. The runners-up of the World Cup 2018 were far better than their match against Franc in the final match of 2018,” said Bin Thaloub.
He added: “The Croatian Team was lucky enough to win the penalty kicks, and they deserved to qualify for the third time to the semifinals to play against the Argentinian Team on Tuesday.”
Bin Thaloub signed off by saying: “It will be a new challenge on the pitch of Lusail Stadium following defeating the Brazilian opponent.”

In the presence of Khamis Obaid Al Kaabi.. Al Ain Club Honors a Number of Teachers While Marking the World Teachers’ Day

Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club was keen to honor a number of university professors and school teachers in the Gardens City with the participation of the Tolerance School “Al Mutarad” and the Al Maktabba Library on the occasion of the World Teacher’s Day.

The event was attended by Khamis Obaid Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Ain Sports Games Company, in addition to many players of the Club of various sports.

The ceremony agenda included honoring Ms. Aisha Khalifa Al Mahmoud, Principal of Tolerance School, who served the education sector for about 35 years, along with a number of university professors and school teachers working in Al Ain City.
