13.Dec.2021

Al Ain Handball Team coach, Tunisia’s Adnan Belharith, lauded the team’s performance against Maleihah Team on Thursday’s match.

He added “I am glad with the result the team scored in the match by entering the national league with a spirit aiming for the stars; especially after their return from the 36 Arab Cup in Tunisia.”

He added that the new player, Rami Al-Sabti, gave a great impression about himself by scoring 10 goals. I wish him the best with the team in the upcoming matches. I also must hail Zayed Al-Dousari’s focused attacks and Ahmad Salem’s goalkeeping performance during the last minutes of the match.

Belharith stressed that the team achieved the aspired goals in the Arab Cup for the 36 clubs in Tunisia and gained a great experience from their participation, indicating that the team has some weaknesses in defense and that these weaknesses must be tackled in the upcoming period to get the team back on track in the league.

About the match with Al-Jazeera team next Sunday, coach Belharith contended that the match is not going to be easy for both teams, since we’re exhausted by the injuries, travelling, and the participation in the Arab Cup. He wished the team to get over these obstacles and prove their readiness to win the match.
