(WAM) — H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, Tuesday offered condolences to the families of Ali Abdullah Ahmed Al Dhanhani and Saif Dhawi Rashid Al Tunaiji, who martyred while performing their national duty in operations field.

While visiting the mourning majlis in Dibba Al Fujairah and Al Hanya Areas in Fujairah, Sheikh Hazza extended his heartfelt condolences and solace to the families of the martyrs.

He also prayed to Allah the Almighty to rest their souls in Paradise and to grant patience and solace to their families.

During a reception held to recognize the achievements of Al Ain swimmers at the Excellence School, Khuwaiter Al Dhaheri, Board Member of Al Ain Sports Games Company, congratulated Al Ain swimmers for their participation with the UAE National Swimming Team in the 27th GCC Water Sports Championship held in Kuwait during 5-8 September 2019.

Khuwaiter hailed the new achievement by saying: “It is a new achievement of our blessed homeland. It is the result of hard efforts exerted by the swimmers during the whole period of training and the pre-set goals to be achieved.”

He stressed that Al Ain is always supporting the UAE National Swimming Team with sights set high to raise the UAE flag in all sports events.

He also commended the efforts of the coaching tea and administrative staff to boost the performance of the swimmers to be fit and ready to clinch new titles, win medals and achieve new records. “We are working hard to present new champs in swimming sport who are honored to represent the UAE in local, regional, and international championships.”

“The new achievements bring back the name of the homeland to crowning podiums and break the records by Al Ain champs who were part of the national team in this championship.”

Noteworthy, Mohammed Rashid Al Kuwaiti won the silver medal in the 100-chest race in a total time of 1.20.60, breaking the race record. He also won the silver medal in the 50 meters chest-race in 36.60 to break the UAE record and the bronze medal in the 50 meters freestyle in 29.65.

Al Ain swimmer Saif Ghareeb Al Bloushi won the silver medal in the 200-meter medley in a total time of 2.41.92, and the bronze medal in the 100-meter backstroke within 1.17.15.

Al Ain Handball Team opened their journey in the new season by winning their round 1 match of the Handball League against Al Jazira by 26-23.

The match was held at Khalifa bin Zayed in Al Ain City on Tuesday 10th September 2019.

Al Ain stars dominated the first half and took the lead by 14-10.

The Boss is looking forward to playing the round 2 match scheduled to be held against Shabab Al Ahli Dubai in Dubai.

Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, today toured the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and was briefed on the latest milestones and achievements of the Registration Authority, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority, the ADGM Courts, ADGM Academy and Hub71.

During the visit, Sheikh Hazza was briefed on the latest initiatives of the ADGM Courts, including the recently launched digital courtroom which is the first of its kind globally. The unique digital courtroom is in line with ADGM Courts’ commitment to delivering an innovative dispute resolution jurisdiction that responds to the dynamic needs of businesses and investors, and reinforces the position of Abu Dhabi and the UAE as a leading global business hub.

Sheikh Hazza was accompanied by H.H. (WAM) — H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, discussed with President of Estonia, Kersti Kaljulaid, ways to develop bilateral relations, during their meeting today in Abu Dhabi.

They underlined the importance of boosting trade and economic relations between Abu Dhabi and Estonia and agreed to strengthen their cooperation and to exchange expertise and best practices across various fields of common interest.

The Estonian President praised the significant progress and developments made by Abu Dhabi in particular and the United Arab Emirates in general in various sectors, and thanked the UAE for hosting her at the World Energy Congress, running in Abu Dhabi, for the first time in the Middle East, from 9 to 12 September.

She expressed her country’s desire to develop bilateral relations to the best interest of the two friendly countries, and to support the economic development of both nations.

The Emirates Vision Media Network of “Etisalat” and through its “eLife” Service has signed a new sponsorship agreement with Al Ain TV Channel on Monday 9th September 2019, Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club has announced.

The signing ceremony took place at the Chairman Lounge at the Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, and a press conference was held to shed a spotlight on the details of the agreement.

The media conference was attended by Ali Saeed Al Kaabi, Al Ain Club Media Consultant, Humaid Sahoo Al Suwaidi, CEO of Emirates Vision, along with members of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club, Al Ain TV Channel, Etisalat, and several media representatives.

Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club held a press conference yesterday evening at the President’s Hall at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, where it announced the signing of a new partnership agreement with Emirates Vision, a subsidiary of Etisalat Group. The event was attended by

The inauguration ceremony was attended by H.H. Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court, H.H. Sheikh Khalid bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Member of Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of the Executive Committee, HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Saudi Energy Minister, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance, Suhail bin Mohammed Faraj Faris Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Industry and a number of Sheikhs.

He also drew attention to the need to exert all efforts to promote services level to provide decent life for Emiratis in line with the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, who is always urging officials to give utmost priority to all plans and strategies which will contribute to achieving development objectives and the highest levels of prosperity and dignified life for the UAE citizens.
