HAZZA BIN ZAYED TWEETS: SPECIAL OLYMPICS CONSOLIDATES SPORTS AND HUMANITARIAN POSITION OF UAE

H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, said on Saturday that the inauguration of 9th Regional Special Olympics in Abu Dhabi is a global event that will consolidate the UAE’s position in the sports and humanitarian fields.

“We witnessed the opening of the 9th Regional Games of Abu Dhabi Special Olympics in Abu Dhabi, a global event that establishes the UAE’s position in sports and humanitarian fields together,” said Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan on his official Twitter account. “It is Zayed’s dream which he nurtured and supported by Mohammed bin Zayed since its early days until it becomes a reality in the “Year of Zayed”. He addressed People of Determination by saying: “You are the source of inspiration, determination, overcoming the odds and conquering the impossible.”

Noteworthy, H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed witnessed the inauguration of the Special Olympics Regional Games (Abu Dhabi 2018) at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC) with the participation of more than 1,000 players from 33 countries.
