Al Ain Men’s Handball Team lost their match against Shabab Al Ahli Dubai by 23-22 in the match of the Premier Handball League held at the indoor court of Khalifa bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain Club. The first half ended by Al Ain taking the lead by 11-9.

H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, stated that the Founder’s Memorial being inaugurated today as per the directives of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed, President of UAE, is one of the prominent initiatives. The memorial is a symbol of acknowledgement and appreciation and as a national commemoration of the UAE’s founding father, his visionary leadership and his vast influence on his country and the wider world.

Inaugurated today to coincide with the Year of Zayed, the Memorial is a glowing tribute to giving, contributions and services by Sheikh Zayed to his people, nation and the world at large,” said Sheikh Hazza in a statement on the official inauguration of the Memorial today in Abu Dhabi.

Al Ain’s Ju-Jitsu champs won 13 medals during their overseas participation in Sydney in the Continental Jujitsu Professionals Championship held earlier this week.

Al Ain’s champs scored a total of 1800 points following they clinched nine gold medals, three silver and one bronze. Al Ain’s champs who placed first and won gold medals were: Hanaa Al Hina’ai, Sabha Thani, Wadima Al Yafei, Suhail Ismail, Rashid Al Shehhi, Khaled Al Darmaki, Khasib Al Miqbali and Zayed Mansouri. Meanwhile, Hamdan Al Bloushi, Maha Hina’ai and Rashed Al Kaabi won silver medals and Abdullah Suhail won the bronze medal and Mohammed Al Asri was placed fourth in this championship.

Al Ain Volleyball Men’s Team has beaten Ajman Team by three clean rounds as part of the Premier Volleyball League held on Friday evening 23 February at Ajman Club.

Al Ain was able to finish the first round by 25-15 and the team went on with their stunning performance in the second round to win it by 25-19. The stars of the team enthusiastically ended the third round by 25-20.

By this great and straight win, Al Ain is placed third with 27 points in their balance. The team is scheduled to host Al Nasr Team next Friday 3 March at the indoor court of Khalifah bin Zayed Stadium.

Al Ain Handball Men’s Team has lost their confrontation against Al Nasr Team held at the indoor court of Khalifa bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain Club by 24-34 as part of the Handball. The first half ended to the advantage of the visitors by 20-13.

Al Ain Team is scheduled to host Shabab Al Ahli Dubai Handball Team in Khalifa bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain on next Friday 3 March.

The Summit will bring together a range of experts, specialists, decision-makers and policy-makers in all medical fields along with the participation of a group of ministers, international experts and personalities from the field of medical technology in various developed countries.

The Summit crowns the continuous efforts and in-depth studies that provide Abu Dhabi with a prominent position in the medical, scientific and technological fields, Sheikh Hazza said.

“We are also confident of the positive impact resulting from adopting artificial intelligence in medical practices and meeting the growing needs of Abu Dhabi,” he added.

Al Ain Men’s Volleyball Team has beaten the visitors, Al Wasl, by 3-0 in the match of Premier Volleyball League held at the court of Khalifa bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain Club.

Al Ain squad won the first round by 27-25 following the draw result in the last minutes of the round. They went on their stunning performance to finish the second round by 25-19 and then to conclude the match by winning the third round by 25-18. By this result, Al Ain moves ahead to reach 24 points.

Al Ain Men Volleyball Team won the home team, Al Jazira, by three clean rounds in the match held as part of the Premier Volleyball League held at the court of Al Jazira Club in Abu Dhabi.

Al Ain squad was able to end the first round by 25-19. They went on by their stunning performance and won the second round by 25-20 and to finish the match by smashing the home team in the third round by 25-19.

By this result, Al Ain Team moves to the fourth spot in the standing table of the league with 21 points and be ready for the coming match against the visitors Al Wasl in the match scheduled to be held at the court of Khalifa bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain Club on Friday 16th February.
